Spring Beauty Got Me Again…

Spring Beauty got me again and I am so very excited to try out these new products from some of my favourite brands as well expanding my beauty horizons with new brands and formulas. Check out all the loves, lusts and what I bought below and my initial impressions.

Hourglass Ambient® Lighting Palette Volume II
CAD $84.00 USD $64.00

This palette is exactly what I expected and wanted beautiful powders that just work so well on my skin giving me that dreamy smooth and luminous glow. They are perfect but I also look forward to them expanding their shade range to be more inclusive so everyone can fall in love with this formula.

Frank Body Coconut Coffee Scrub
CAD $25.00 USD $25.00
A good scrub is hard to find one that doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I am currently finishing up my Scrubee from Lush but this is next on the list and i’ll surely be doing a post to see what all the hype is about.

Drunk Elephant Protini™ Powerpeptide Resurfacing Serum
CAD $108.00
Another WIN from DE my skin is soaking it in and looking much smoother and feeling softer already.

Melt Cosmetics Cream Blushlight in Honey Thief & Sandy Cheeks
CAD $29.00
I am absolutely obsessed with this formula and its pigmentation. The colours are stunning and it applies effortlessly and truly melts into your skin.

LANEIGE Lip Treatment Balm
CAD $32.00 USD $32.00
This is a great new offering from Laneige. It is very nourishing and feels smooth not sticky on the lips. The scent is very unmistakably piña colada and it a great daytime companion to my holy grail Lip Sleeping Mask from Laneige.

Topicals Like Butter Mask for Dry, Sensitive & Eczema-Prone Skin
CAD $41.00 USD $32.00

A thick, whipped mask formulated with colloidal oatmeal, made cassoside, and ceramides to reduce the look of redness and soothe irritation, as well as nourish and support damaged skin resulting from external stressors. Its supposed to be an eczema savoiur so i’ll keep you posted.

PATRICK TA Major Sculpt Creme Contour & Powder Bronzer Duo in ‘ She’s Sculpted’
CAD $48.00

For my first foray into cream contour this is a massive game changer, it is so beautiful and really creates a fantastic dimensional look with its a cream-and-powder duo in complementary shades. I also love that is has great warmth and is talc-free.

FENTY BEAUTY Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint in Shade 9
CAD $39.00 USD $29.50

I am loving this for the no makeup makeup days and it feels great on the skin. It is exactly as it says a lightweight, buildable light-to-medium coverage skin tint in flexible shades for all.

Charlotte Tilbury Mini Hollywood Flawless Filter in Shade 4.5 Medium
CAD $20.00 USD $20.00

I am so here for the signature CT glow this is giving me - a little goes a long way but it does truly illuminate and smooth for a real-life filter effect.

Olaplex No. 8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask

CAD $38.00
My hair is always in need of more moisture and with the success I had with No. 3 this one was high on my list to try. It hasn’t arrived yet but I have high hopes.

Peace Out Acne Champs Kit

I am already a lover of their acne patches and I had their new balm on my list so this was the perfect way to have a tried and true fave, an item i’ve been lusting after and a new serum that is getting rave reviews.

CAD $33.00
