Shade Descriptions

Eyeshadow Formulas: Two Metallics, Two Mattes, and a Duo-Chrome.

Bronzage - Chroma Crystal Light Copper
Quoin - Gold
Lumino - Pearl
Sienna - Matte Terra-Cotta
Soil - Medium Transition Nude

Since there are different formulas within the palette I would follow the suggested usage details depending on which shade you use.

  • Mattes - A fluffy brush or a round brush with medium stiffness.

  • Metallic - A round brush with medium stiffness, or pat them on with the tip of your finger.

  • Duo-chrome - A round brush with medium stiffness, or pat on with the tip of your finger.

First Impression & Application Reflection

I am absolutely in love with this palette. I have already purchased the mini Lila and mini Star palettes from Natasha’s previous releases but this one blows them all away. The nude shades are stunning and have luxurious colour payoff. They are the strongest formulation I have seen in the mini palettes thus far and most comparable in quality to her larger palettes. Every colour is true to the shade that appears in the pan. These hues will easily transition from a daytime to nighttime look. Its warmth is subtle and sophisticated and really emphasized my brown eye colour to perfection. However, in person the colours do tend to have a more copper hue than most images on websites show. So if warmth is not what you’re into I would steer clear of this one.

Quoin had beautiful coverage and applied evenly and blended seamlessly. I am obsessed with the Soil colour as it has the perfect blend of dark, reddened brown with subtle, warm undertones. It definitely was semi-opaque and required some building in order to get the desired pigmentation but once you get there it is stunning and lasts for hours. The matte shades have minimal kickback when I dip my brush into the pan, but not an excessive amount. Lumino and Sienna do require a lighter touch and a little bit of patting action in order to keep their shimmery pigmentation in place but they glimmer and glisten once applied and are the standouts of this palette. Bronzage will be much better for me once I get a tan. It is a little overwhelming for my winter toned skin.

Love It, Leave It, Try It, Buy It

LOVE IT – BUY IT

It’s a no brainer with the fact that it is another perfectly proportioned palette that really packs a punch. I love that it is a neutral, wearable, every-day palette. Some of the shades did take a little bit more effort to manipulate but together or solo they create a stunning nude look and at this price for quality - it is worth adding to your collection.
