Let me start this post by saying - I was fascinated by Victorias collaboration with Estée Lauder, have been lusting after Victoria Beckham Beauty since its inception and I have loved Victoria Beckham herself since her Spice Girls days - so finally owning a piece of her line is like a dream come true. This palette was a birthday gift for me and my face lit up when I opened it. (thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!)
This palette along with its 4 others are inspired by Victoria’s signature smoky eye and iconic style. Each of them is richly pigmented and offers a curated selection of shades in either a smooth matte or soft satin finish. The packaging is classic and absolutely stunning. It’s weightiness and finish is what luxury makeup lover dreams are made of.
The unique pressing technology within allows all four shades to live in one sleek brass compact which to me evokes the look of classic cigarette holders which I am absolutely obsessed with. It also is so savvy as it allows for maximum product in minimal packaging.

SHADE SPECIFICS
Cami is a neutral beige
Slip is a soft peach pink
Saddle is a deep brown
Suede is a medium taupe

Top to Bottom: Cami, Slip, Saddle and Suede
I love these neutral shades - they are the perfect hues for a beautiful neutral smoky eye. I am impressed with the depth and intensity of Saddle and Suede.
Unfortunately Cami is so close to my skintone colour it does fade away a little on my lids but its formula is beautiful and it helps to blend out the other colours beautifully.
APPLICATION
Apply and blend onto lids with your favorite brush. As desired, lightly wet the brush before application for amplified colour intensity and precision.
OTHER NICETIES
These palettes are Dermatologist Tested, Hypoallergenic, Safe for Sensitive Skin, Gluten-free, Soy-free. For someone like me who tends to have random allergic reactions its nice to know products have been tested and won’t cause me any discomfort and harm.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I am a major fan of the idea of blending luxury performance with clean beauty - it is modern and chic without being pretentious. I love that this palette is so well thought out and carefully curated, the combination of shades gives you an immediate vision of the look that can be created and the style of the girl who wears it. I am thrilled by the fact it is a very sleek, classic yet modern version of a smoky eye. This palette is not for the faint of heart when it comes to price, however, it is perfectly priced for luxury palette.
Bottom line - these shades blend beautifully, the packaging makes you feel oh so chic and this palette is totally worth every penny. I have my eye on Tweed next.
