It includes the following:
Coconut water which provides hydration and quickly penetrates into skin.
Niacinamide and camu camu extract that are rich in vitamin C to help brighten.

Egg Yolk Extract nourishes and hydrates.
The sheet itself has ultra-fine microfibers, (the microfiber being 100 times thinner than a strand of hair). With a sheet with this type of high moisture retention rate it allows active ingredients to deeply penetrate the skin for maximum absorption and benefits.
Why It's A Nice Thing
I leave mine on for the directed 20 minutes and then rub the remaining serum into my skin. Immediately following this mask my skin looks bright and glowy and feels so nourished and completely hydrated. I use it throughout the year and it plays nicely with all seasons and in all types of climates.
